Born and raised in Trinidad & Tobago, Jeanille Bonterre’s journalistic experience and infectious personality made her a natural fit to be the original face and voice of MTV Networks’ TEMPO, their first and only Caribbean Channel. Following her successful stint at MTV Networks, parent company VIACOM Inc then gave Jeanille the opportunity to host and produce original Caribbean philanthropic community programming for BET Networks to promote and uplift her region’s dynamic Creative and Music Talent industries, including the groundbreaking acoustic series Soundcheck and the documentary Top 20 Greatest Moments in Reggae.
Leveraging her on and off camera experience and popularity, in 2013 she founded Nexus Networks Inc under her own media and publishing imprint “Jeanille Bonterre Entertainment ”. Since then she’s been pioneering a new era in the media industry.
